Serves 2
4 oz. citrus vodka
1 oz. fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz. fresh pomegranate juice
2 oz simple syrup (1 oz. water and 1 oz sugar combined, boiled and cooled)

Shake all ingredients well over ice. Strain mixture into chilled martini glasses. Garnish with an orange peel, if desired.
