Supper Club – BBQ Theme

Middle Eastern Potato SaladJust back from Supper Club, happily full but tired.  Just a quick pictures in review tonight, and then I’m off.  Our theme was BBQ and salads reined supreme.  My favorite tonight?  I think it’s the homemade pierogies.  In fact, I just snuck back to the kitchen to grab one of the leftover ones from the fridge.  Mmm, homemade pierogies have nothing on the frozen kind.

What we ate:
Middle Eastern Potato Salad
Bacon Cheddar Deviled Eggs
Strawberry Margaritas
Broccoli Slaw
Potato & Cheese Pierogies
Chicken, Sauerkraut & Mushroom Pierogies
Watermelon, Feta, Purple & Green Basil Salad
Green Beans Provencal
Berry Pudding Cake
Peanut Butter Fudge
S’Mores Fudge
Fresh Fruit with Brown Sugar Dip

Although it’s a month away, I cannot wait until the next September Supper Club already …. the theme?  Cupcakes – Sweet and Savory.

We need to talk about this. I want to get a dinner club together but am struggling with whom to invite.
How do you choose your themes, who brings what, etc?
