Weekend Photos in Review

by Cate on June 24, 2012

I love this picture of Madeline with her best friend. This was after they had their graduation/moving up ceremony on Friday morning. More pictures from that coming later this week.

Cuteness

WPIR - caught
I was being scolded for taking too many pictures.

WPIR - amazeball
My Friday night dinner, recipe coming soon, amazing stuff.

WPIR - saturday night dinner
My Saturday night dinner. Whole wheat wraps, spread with tzatiki sauce, grilled chicken and onions, sliced avocado, and a bit of cheddar. Delish.

WPIR - supersize

WPIR - sno cone

WPIR - tia's birthday cake

WPIR - birthday cake
We celebrated my sister-in-law’s birthday tonight with this new recipe. It was good, just wasn’t a can’t-wait-to-have-it-again.

WPIR - sleeping baby
I love this little face. Nothing like a sleeping child.

WPIR - lazy sunday
Or two sleeping children. They’re off to spend a week with their Dad this week, and I’m going to miss them something fierce.  It will be the longest we’ve been apart ever.

WPIR - not noteworthy coconut almond bars
This right here is a whole lot of wasted ingredients unfortunately.

WPIR - heart
I was working on an art project for Nick and Mystic spied a heart on my scrap paper.

WPIR - full sour all the way

WPIR - fish market

WPIR - dinner prep

WPIR - chill time

WPIR - babysitting
Madeline feeding her “babies.”

Love the picklelicious shot! Love them so much, I go out of my way to get some pickles from them.

You have very good eyes! The kids love the full-sour ones (as do I).

A whole week without them!?! That’s craziness. At least you’ll get a lot done?

Can’t wait for that avocado recipe!

Love the size of that cutting board. I can’t tell what its made of. I’m in
search of a new one — I don’t like how mine slides around. Do you remember where you got it?

The wraps look great. I’m a huge fan of AVOCADO!!

The cake looks great in the pic, sorry that not worth making again. Sooooo many cake recipes to try.

Hi Betsy! I got that one a few years ago during Breast Cancer Awareness month at Bed, Bath & Beyond. I was just there the other day, and they have many similar ones there now. I love the rubberized sides – it keeps it from slipping all over the counter.

That cake is truly inspiring, but man I am a SUCKER for anything with avocado.

I just read the comment above mine and there should be a club. Lovely pics!
