Recipe: Pear Yogurt Parfaits with Honey Nut Clusters {Fiber One}

If it’s true what they say, that you eat with your eyes first, well, then, parfait’s are totally a way to go.

Because how pretty are they?!

When Fiber One asked for me to create three recipes using their cereal in an out-of-the-box idea, I knew instantly that a parfait would be one of them.

Because hello prettiness!

But also, because I love the balance you can achieve when you’re putting a parfait together, particularly this one.

The creaminess of the yogurt, the soft bite of the pears, the unmistakable crunch of the Fiber One’s Honey Nut Clusters, and the slightly sweet drizzle of honey finishing it up.


It’s like a little love song to breakfast. That little extra special taste to start your day off with the right … bite.

And kid-approved! Both kids love parfaits, and this one was no exception.

So the next time you want something a little different for breakfast.

Pear Yogurt Parfaits with Honey Nut Clusters

14 oz vanilla yogurt
15 oz can of sliced pears
¾ cup Fiber One Honey Nut Clusters
honey for drizzling


Starting with yogurt on the bottom, layer your ingredients: yogurt, pears, cereal. Repeat until done. Drizzle with a little bit of honey right before serving.

These parfaits are equally delicious with Greek yogurt or ice cream.
Try roasting the pears a bit beforehand for a little extra flavor boost.

I love the idea of layering some granola-esque cereal into parfaits instead of granola!
