Sweetnicks’ Creamy Gorgonzola Salad Dressing

1/2 cup sour cream
4 oz crumbled gorgonzola
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1-1/2 tablespoons olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Mix up ingredients and serve over your favorite salad or with a platter of crudites.
