You Wuz Robbed!!

I know, I know, you came here with your morning cup o’ coffee, all ready to read the latest happenings and mishappenings at Sweetnicks and there was nothing!
Yesterday was a miserable (miserable!) day at work with all sorts of problems I had to fix (and some I even couldn’t fix - gasp!), then I got home and Nicholas and The Girlfriend played for a few hours, then I went to watch TV for a few minutes and promptly fell asleep.
Woke up to find out that TODAY IS FRIDAY! Sweeter words were never spoken! I promise to be back later with all sorts of exciting repartee. In the meantime, TGIF … live it up!

Very amusing. Don’t you hate when that happens? Although I can’t fully understand the having-a- horrible- day- at- work- then- coming- home- to- take- care- of -kids bit (someday I shall), I CAN understand the where the hell does the day go bit?!!?
