Juicy Margaritas

1 cup tequila (preferably 100% blue agave)
1/2 cup Cointreau
1-1/4 cups fresh lime juice
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup fresh orange juice
1/4 cup superfine sugar
4 teaspoons honey, warmed

1 cup apple juice

Hot Cider Rum Punch

1 cup rum
4 cups apple cider
1 cup cranberry juice
4 orange slices
cloves (insert cloves into the orange slices)

Warm up ingredients (in the microwave works fine). Can serve warm or at room temperature. Looks nice in a punch bowl.

Carrot Spritzer

Recipe from Christie, November 2005, Supper Club
To make Carrot Spritzer, process 3-4 fresh carrots in a juice extractor. Pour 3 ounces of carrot juice and 1 tablespoon of freshly squeezed grapefruit juice into a tall champagne flute. Top with 1-1/2 oz of chilled champagne. Garnish with a carrot peel and serve immediately.

Mambo Margaritas

This is from the book The Sweet Potato Queens Book of Love. Easy to make, dangerous and delicious!!
12 ounces frozen limeade concentrate (do not thaw)
12 ounces Corona beer (or other light beer)
12 ounces carbonated lemon-lime beverage
12 ounces tequila
6-8 servings
Put limeade into a large pitcher. Stir in rest of the ingredients. Serve.
