Although The Husband disdains all green vegetables (unless they’re in a salad or deeply hidden), and hates tortellini (which happens to be my favorite pasta!) and mushrooms, he’s a great guinea pig for my endless creations from the kitchen. He’s slowly becoming more and more comfortable in the kitchen, and makes a wonderful Roast Chicken with Yellow Rice and Green Olives, Picadillo, Ropa Vieja and steak.
