Butterscotch Apple Pecan Crisp

  • 2 1/2 pounds apples — peeled & chopped
  • 12 oz. pkg. butterscotch morsels
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 3/4 cup quick oats

Preheat oven to 375. Place apples in a 13×9x2-inch baking pan. In small bowl, combine butterscotch morsels, brown sugar, flour and cinnamon; sprinkle over apples. Bake in oven for 20 minutes.

TOPPING: In a medium bowl, combine flour and brown sugar, cut in butter until crumbly. Stir in pecans and oats; sprinkle over apple mixture. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes until apples are tender.
