Elmo and Cookie Monster are our friends. More importantly, they’re Madeline’s friends. Next to her brother, I’d say they’re her best friends. Sometime, somewhere, I bought these Elmo and Cookie Monster pacifiers for her, and for the life of me, I can’t figure out where. I have checked every place I can think of and come up empty. And, of course, these are the only ones she’ll use. All pacifiers are shaped a bit differently, and she instantly knows it’s not her favorite and spits it right out. She can also tell when they’re in upside down (these are angled, so feel different if they’re in the wrong way). She’s a smart cookie that way. So, if you happen to see Madeline’s friends while you’re out and about, PLEASE drop me a line and let me know. We need some back-ups … STAT. Don’t even get me started on finding the right size pacifier keeper…
I too have felt the parental terror of a child who loves a binky that is unreplaceable. Good luck, I will keep my eyes open!

Hope you find the replacements! It’s always good to have extras. Same goes for lovies, too. I’ve been thinking about getting a duplicate of my little guy’s puppy blanket. If we ever lose the one we have, we are in trouble for sure!

Are the nipples rubber or silicone? My son had some quite similar, but they were rubber, and refused them. I think I got them at Walgreens. Is there a brand name on them anywhere?

Madelyn had the same problem when Ana Laura was a baby, but it was a favorite bottle nipple. We looked high and low and couldn’t find the bottle nipple.

We had a stuffed Tigger that went everywhere so we bought an extra “just in case” …well at some point he found the other one …so then two tiggers went everywhere aptly named Tigger and the other Tigger!LOL!
