This year, I decided that instead of making a list of New Years’ resolutions, I would, instead, break it down into mini lists of achievable monthly goals. And to keep myself even more accountable, I thought it would be good to share them here. While I’m on the topic of mini goals, today marks Day 15 of being Diet Coke free. The last time I quit, I made it to Day 10, so this is good. Mystic is on Day 13. I would like to get to the point where I don’t have to make a conscious decision to not have it, and it just comes naturally. Hopefully that will come with time.
