Ever since I gave up Diet Coke a year and a half ago (and all soda shortly thereafter), it has really upped my interest in all things coffee. Now more than ever. I also blame Mystic, because when we were dating, we gave up Diet Coke together, and he would come over bearing gifts of Iced Coffee. All the time. And I was hooked. Big time.
