I still have stuff in boxes from when The Ex and I separated over three years ago. Items we either don’t need, don’t use, or that won’t work in this house.
And um, I tend to change our design around. Like a lot. I am currently thinking all white for my bedroom. But I digress.
I have a pretty awesome collection of napkin rings, table runners, place mats, and cookbooks.
More than I could ever need.
Books read. DVDs enjoyed. Tastes changed.
I’ve been doing a major purge since the beginning of the year, making stops at consignments stores, and the like.
But it’s time to simplify. So I’m going to try something new.
I love the concept of pop up restaurants, and, on a related note, I not-so-secretly dream of running my own underground supper club (if you’re into that sort of thing, read this book. It’s very dog-eared and one of my favorites). The restaurants pop up in a temporary space. You enjoy the food. And before you know it, poof they’re gone and they’ve popped up somewhere else.
I have bought stamps from a fun pop up rubber stamp shop. Which I kind of loved.
