ARF/5-A-Day #98

Posted by Cate under ARF/5-A-Day

OK guys, you’re going to have to excuse the brief write-up tonight, but I am seriously beyond exhausted and want nothing more than to curl up with my pillow and catch some zzz’s. Just one of those days. Our ARF/5-A-Day roundup tonight and I’m off.

Claire from Cooking Is Medicine is up first with a party for your mouth … Fiesta Green Beans:

Sarah from What Smells So Good shares her sweet offering, Ginger-Orange Stuffed Pears:

The Chocolate Lady is back, not only combining three languages in one post, but also introducing me to tatsoi:

Table for Two gets creative for a birthday celebration with her twist on Croque Monsieur.

Valli’s Kitchen joins us with the very refreshing and cool Fruit Salad with Mango, Raspberry, Mint and Basil:

Newcomer Siri’s Corner joins us with a twist on Thanksgiving with her Baked Broccoli Rice Supreme and Stuffed Bell Peppers:

And Michelle from The Greedy Gourmet finishes us off this week with her Butternut, Green Beans, Red Onions and Tofu with Maple Syrup Glaze. I don’t think you can go wrong with maple syrup!

I sat this one out, but will be back with a contribution next week - promise.

Hope you get some good beauty sleep! I’m headed that way myself…hoping not to fall asleep during my ACLS course tomorrow so that I’ll be able to run a code when I’m on call at the hospital! Sweet dreams
