Poppy Seed Dressing
Mix for 5 minutes in blender or with hand-held blender
1/2 cup sugar (I only use ¼ cup)
2 teaspoons mustard
2/3 cup cider vinegar
2 cups vegetable oil (I use canola oil)
3 teaspoons poppy seeds
Salad
(Romaine lettuce or field greens)
Arrange over lettuce:
Dried cranberries
Blue cheese
Walnuts
Red onion thinly sliced
Grilled chicken
