Hey folks, kitchen is closed tonight. I had to go to a wake for a work colleagues’ wife tonight, so ended up grabbing a quick bite to eat at a local diner with my parents (BLT on white bread with mayo – yum!). The kitchen will reopen tomorrow for ARF/5-A-Day Tuesday.

P.S. Anyone catch the Next Food Network Star last night? I think my money’s on either Guy (love him and off to search for his Waka Waka Salad and Rhode Island Calamari) or Andy (such a quiet, generous spirit). Who’s got your vote?
I also like Guy and I think my other choice would be Reggie. Both hae their issues to overcome, but I would watch either of them.
I guess we have to wait and see.
I think Guy would be a really fun choice… almost there …
