And speaking of magazines, I’ll leave you with this short piece I wrote for Wine Sediments on what Food & Wine magazine says the “enviable estate” must have.
Until tomorrow…
A year ago today… movie night.
How do I get my hands on one of these mythical Donna Hay magazines? I haven’t seen it in the stores here, do they sell it on newsstands back East? I looked at the website and it does look interesting. BTW – my hits went way up after your little plug last week, thank you so much for your kind words! :-)
I’m so jealous of some of your subscriptions (especially Olive)…I love all things British and especially British cooking mags…I regularly read them at Barnes & Noble, but there’s no way I’d splurge on the US subscription costs…Your total collection must be absolutely awesome!
Alice – Both Barnes & Nobles and Borders carry them. You can also subscribe, although the postage makes the annual price a small fortune.
Julie – Ahh, I love the imports. If you join Barnes & Nobles’ club, it’s $25/year, but it gives you a discount on EVERYTHING, including magazines.
I will look for it – thanks!
