OK guys, I’m pleading for a pass this week for ARF/5-A-Day roundup. I actually had the meal planned, but well, the best laid plans and all that … The Husband’s car wouldn’t start this morning, so he took my car, leaving me … carless. Carpet guys were here all morning, painters all day, the realtor stopped by for a quick meeting and househunting and my next Cooking Light article was due. I feel like I haven’t come up for air all day – I even forgot about lunch. So when Nicholas voted for dinner from the “chicken and rice man” (aka Chinese food) , I was certainly not going to argue. So no contribution from me for this week’s roundup, but there’s plenty of fantastic inspiration below. Until tomorrow…
