That, my dear readers, is a boy with bronchitis. Poor Nicholas. He’s had this nagging cough for over a week now, and after many, many doses of Pediacare, I took him to the doctor today. He’s got the sniffles a bit too, but no other symptoms.
I’m glad I took him because as soon as she listened to his chest, she immediately said, “bronchitis.” Poor baby. While we waited for his prescription to be filled at the pharmacy, we loaded up on the essentials … a how to draw Dora and friends book, a mega pack of crayons, Rice Krispie treats, a Hershey Bar, Dora soup.
He hasn’t been sleeping much the past few days, because the cough has been waking him up many times during the night, but now, he’s finally crashed. Poor baby. Off to watch him sleep, one of my favorite things to do.
Until tomorrow…
P.S. Dinner tonight? Spinach Cheese Squares and No Peek Casserole. Yum.
Oh Nicholas!
Get better!
I hope that the medicine works quickly! Sometimes once you get that in ya, it’s amazing how fast it works! Hope he sleeps well tonight and feels better quickly!
Oh poor Nicholas! Hope he’s feeling much better in the morning.
Hi Cate,
I’m your BBM 4 partner, and I sent your parcel in mid-September, and I was wondering if you’d recieved it. I tried to send you an email, but my gmail wouldn’t let me use the address on your contact page. Could you let either me or Stephanie know if it arrived? Thanks!
Poor Nicholas! Hope he feels better soon!
Val

The No Peek Casserole sounds yummy. I plan to make that soon.
Hope you feel better soon Nicholas!
Poor dumpling, feel better soon.
Gosh, he looks more and more like his dad.
The Sister In-Law
Hope he’s feeling better soon.
Thanks everyone! He stayed home today in my attempt to get him to rest; he’s still coughing away, but at least he slept last night. ;)
Amy – sent you an e-mail last week, but it bounced back. Yes, it came. :) Thank you for everything!
The Neighbor Husband – Ugh, the Doodlebops over and over and over and over and over. And just when you think you’ve had enough? Repeat. Over and over and over and over.
Tammy – it’s SO delicious and as you can see, incredibly easy to make. Makes the house smell yummy.
The Sister In Law – you stop that now! ;)
