October is swiftly coming to a close, but there is still plenty of time to stock up on pink purchases in the name of breast cancer research.
KitchenAid has a bevy of pink products for your kitchen, and they’d also work well as a gift for those on your list this holiday season. Their Ultra Power blender is on sale for $89, and with that purchase, they’re throwing in a $30 pink Better Homes and Gardens cookbook. Ten dollars of every one of these blenders purchased goes towards the Susan G. Komen Foundation. If the blender is not your thing, they have plenty of other items as well.
The Ford Motor Company is back with their Warriors in Pink line, with 100% of the profits benefiting Susan G. Komen. I bought a few of the shirts last year for Christmas gifts, and they’re a really nice quality. With each specific item, they tell you exactly how much of the purchase price the foundation is getting, which I like. Love the black thermal shirts for guys, a repeat from last years’ collection.
The Breast Cancer Site has a ridiculous amount of pink stuff available, everything you could possibly want. Love the socks, and they’d make a perfect stocking stuffer.
Target has gotten in on the act with a few selections where 5% of the profits benefit breast cancer research. A very cute pink tote bag – check it out. One can never have too many of those, right?
The Susan G. Komen Foundation themselves has assembled a nice collection of items – everything from sticky notes and t-shirts to pajamas and hot mugs (and more must-have socks!).
OK, that should keep you busy for now. If you missed Part 1 and Part 2, go check them out, especially those cool Lean Cuisine insulated tote bags!
I saw the kitchenaid stuff at Bed Bath and Beyond. It’s adorable and not a ton more expensive.
