Karen – I’m glad to hear they were a hit. I actually bought extra spinach to make them again this weekend. Love them. The overnight turkey is delicious. He’s been making it that way for the past 5 years or so, and one of my favorite traditions from Thanksgiving is waking up the morning of to the delicious smell of cooked turkey. A great way to start the day. :)
