If it’s Tuesday, it must be time for our weekly ARF/5-A-Day roundup. We took care of bits and pieces of leftovers tonight in the fridge, since I’m not back to cooking yet, so I’m sitting tonight out, but will be back next week with my own contributions. Until then, other food bloggers picked up the slack for me. Here’s what they have been cooking up:
Table for Two starts us off with a Spicy Indian Chicken with Potatoes and Carrots that sounds like perfect comfort food for this I-can’t-wait-for-Spring weather we’re still in the midst of:
Claire at Cooking Is Medicine has her own little bundle of goodness with her Spinach and Goat Cheese Stuffed Chicken Breasts that sounds simply divine.
Paula from The Cookbook Junkie is back this week with the very yummy sounding Oatmeal Raisin Pancakes with Cinnamon Sour Cream. Sounds like the perfect way to start the day.
Diet, Dessert and Dogs serves up another breakfast option with her Homemade Crunchy Granola:
Sarah from What Smells So Good attempts to combat the flu with her NRG Bowl:
Newcomer Lost in the Kitchen finishes us off this week with a Sweet Potato and Courgette Soup:
P.S. If you’re linking to my site for your ARF/5-A-Day roundup, just link to www.sweetnicks.com. With the recent redesign, the old ARF/5-A-Day link doesn’t bring people here. Still working on a few loose ends. :) Thanks!
Once again a great round-up. There were several here that were new to me. Yay!
