Well, if you know me, it’s hard to go completely wordless, so we’ll go with semi-wordless.
Nick was upset at dinner, crying, you know, the tragedy of being a seven-year-old is sometimes just too much to bear. Madeline took it upon herself to cheer him up.
First she tried the hair pull.
And when that didn’t work, she decided to mimic him and start fake crying.
In pure desperation, big, heaving fake sobs on the table.
I love seeing their relationship together. Their bond. Well, most of the time. Because, you know, they ARE normal kids and have their moments when it’s “neutral corners, everyone, neutral corners!” He returned the favor by tickling her. Who the HECK is ticklish underneath their neck? Madeline and Jamie. Silly girls.
How sweet is that, what a special bond they share. I have a brother who is three years younger than me, as kids we definitely had many moments but now? We’re great friends. Its great that your kids have each other.
Madeline totally has a full body laugh. It’s awesome.
They are so adorable together! It’s so sweet that Maddie did all she could to comfort Nick!
Love it!!! They are great pair.
BTW the b/f is also ticklish under the neck. Nothing like a 6 foot 5 grown man laughing like a baby, priceless.

Aw, I’m glad she cheered him up. It must have just been a 7 year old moment then.
Once again I luv their bond with each other.
That’s very sweet.
I love it! My kids cheer each other up and turn to each other for comfort at times as well. Looks like your darling little ones have that special bond as well. What a fun post.
What great shots! So very sweet! Thanks for brightening my day.
It is a wonderful thing! To see how sweet they can be with each other. So sweet!
So cute! A story in pictures. BTW, my mom is ONLY ticklish under her neck and I am ticklish there too. To me it makes sense. :-)
