Bon Jovi concert Saturday. I debated about bringing my camera in, but decided against it (this was a BlackBerry pic). And then regretted it. Amazing show. It’s been so long since I’ve been to a concert (the last time was a concert with my sister the day I found out I was pregnant with Nick), I forgot what a rush live music is.
One guess as to who dressed Madeline today. Apparently sk8tr boi chic is easily transferred to girls too.
She decided his ice cream looked better than hers, and was trying to steal it.
If you tell Madeline to smile, this is what you get. When Nick saw the picture tonight, he told her to “smile normal.” So then we got this…
She wants to see every picture now after it’s taken, to approve it. There must have been 20 shots that she posed for during this time. Now if I’m busy doing something else, she’ll run and get me and pose and tell me to take a picture. I’ve created a monster.

I love live music and concerts! Glad that you had fun at Bon Jovi. I love the first two pics of your kiddos, they look like are having such a fun moment together (and it sounds as if there are many).

Looks like you had a good weekend. It is so obvious how much Nick and Madeline love each other…even when one is trying to steal ice cream there is laughter! I love that first picture. Summer fun has begun.
Shannon – he’s hanging in there, thanks for asking. He struggles getting up and down from the floor, and with steps, and is still a bit wobbly walking, but holding steady at the status quo. Beginning to wonder if he’ll ever go completely back to normal.
