Free face painting at a local cafe…

Gelato Happy Hour …
Equals two happy kids.
Madeline couldn’t wait to show everyone her “tattoo.” I don’t know where she learned the word tattoo, but it’s all she could talk about while she was getting her tattoo. Oh, and the fact that she wanted one just like the one on the artist’s arm. You know, that permanent snake wrapped around her bicep that you can see in the left of this picture…? I’m hoping we have a few more years before the pleas for permanent ones start, but in the meantime, we settled for a purple and pink butterfly.
Sounds like the perfect outing!
Haha I think she’ll grow out of it. But I did love getting fake tattoos at her age. Especially butterflies.

So fun! I tried to get my kids to have face painting a few months ago at a fair. They declined. I’ll have to show them Nick and Madeline’s photos!
