Food and Life
Beth doesn’t usually sit with her shoes on her lap, but I made her so I could take the picture. Once I saw how color coordinated she was, right down to her BlackBerry cover (!), how could I resist? Good thing she’s a great sport.

That taco truck is my brunch every Saturday morning at the Montclair farmer’s market. Were you at my farmer’s market or does it come near you also?
Really? Didn’t realize you were so close! It’s at the Summit Farmers’ Market on Sunday mornings. I’ve never had food from it before, but we tried unsuccessfully today. Stood in line for 10 minutes and ordered the breakfast special (huevos rancheros). She then said, “oops, we’re not serving breakfast anymore” and took down the sign. It wasn’t even ten am yet (?), so wasn’t in a taco frame of mind yet. Maybe next time…
What did you see? What did you see?
Great pics.
What are those scrumptious things under the truck? They look absolutely terrible for you but mindnumbingly delicious!
Casey – We saw Life As We Know It (save your money, all the funny parts are in the trailer, huge writing gaps) and Wall Street 2: Money Never Sleeps (eh, no way as fierce as the first). Not the best night for movies for our group, but there’s always next time. :)
Joanne – They’re called bourequetas, filled with all sorts of savory yumminess. That bag has one with mushroom filling, and one with potato. Inside phyllo dough. Found at our farmers’ market. Delish.
Sorry the movies were a bust. Seems like that happens to us when we rent several at a time.
Good photos. Looks like a great weekend.
Mmm, lots of great, fresh produce! Looks like a great time. Can’t wait to get pumpkins myself — saw that our local stand is all set up! So excited!
did you expect that the girl with the OCD organized kitchen cabinets would be less than color coordinated? :)
