The “open” sign around the bear’s neck is on a piece of sculpted wire. Right before this picture, I was wandering around the gift shop and I heard the cashier laughing loudly. I turned around to see what was so funny and, of course, it was Madeline. She had taken the sign off the bear, turned it around to “closed,” and was walking around the store, wearing it around her neck. The woman said that was the first time in her 25 years working there that someone had ever done that.
* Even though Nick is only in two of the pictures above, he was there for all the fun and frivolity. He has this new spy watch that his Dad got him, and he was too busy taking pictures with it to actually be in the pictures.
