On Sunday, I spent most of the afternoon in the kitchen. My sister-in-law was coming over for dinner, and for a variety of unrelated reasons, I ended up making three desserts. I also cooked extra roasted vegetables for lunch for me for the week. The O’Malley kitchen, which is truly the heartbeat of our home, was humming.
