Love this picture. If you look closely, you can see Nick swinging on a vine, Tarzan-like.
Fulmer is a super lazy couch potato. He kept me company while we caught up on last week’s episodes of American Idol.
Sunday morning and my bed is taken over.
Friday afternoon, she went upstairs to escape her brother and promptly fell asleep. Under a bear.
Portobello Cap Pizzas. Divine. Recipe coming!
Ugh. All the sudden, his hands don’t look like kid hands anymore. He needs to stop! Stop with the growing up! Although he was such an awesome huge help this weekend, helping me plow through many things on our “to do” list, I like this next stage too.
Oh photobooths, you are my favorite. Forever and ever amen.
I mean! Look at that face! Where else could such a face be captured?
Only this one can walk into Michael’s Arts & Crafts and come out with glasses.

Cheering her brother on at today’s track meet.
So proud of this kid. He finished first in the 100 meter (yay!) and 5th in the mile event. He had a great cheering section today, and his Dad even ran a bit of it with him. Love watching him run because he runs like it takes zero effort, just sort of gliding towards the finish line. He was in a bit of pain on the last lap of the mile event but “Mom! Did you see? I didn’t stop! And it hurt so much.” What a trooper. Go Nick!
Phew! What a weekend. Hope yours was just as good.
Tomorrow? The recipe for the Hamburger Cabbage Stir-Fry.
Tuesday? A review for a new place to order glasses online.
Wednesday? Children’s book review.
Thursday? Spring break vacation review.
Kudos Nick, way to go!!!
Love you lots, Titi
Such a productive and fun weekend! I”m so proud of Nick on his running successes! Maybe he’ll be running marathons with me at some point in the future :)
