So, did you know that Electrolux makes refrigerators? No? Good, so then it wasn’t just me. I am well versed in their vacuum-speak, but their market space in the refrigerator sector was definitely new to me. And I’ve got to say, now that I’ve seen their line, I’m in love.
I mean, they’re pretty darn gorgeous.
We have had our refrigerator forever. And I love it. First major purchase that The Ex and I bought for our first house back in 1999. But when it goes?
I’ve got my eyes on these gorgeous gems.
The Perfect Temp Drawer is a serious bonus, because I’m kind of paranoid about food poisoning, and things being stored properly, and everything being the right temperature.
Years of living with my mom will do that to you.

She recently shared a few original recipes for popsicles (yes, please!), and that sounds like the perfect thing to celebrate the near-end of summer … as we wait to win our fancy new refrigerator. Spiced Peach Mango Yogurt Pops

Makes 6-8 pops (depending on size of mold). The key to this simple recipe is serving it at an ideal temperature (Kelly sets the Perfect Temp® Drawer in her Electrolux refrigerator to a perfect 30 degrees).
Serves: 6-8
Ingredients
2 cups of chopped ripe mango
1½ cups non-fat Greek yogurt
½ cup peach nectar
2 tablespoons sugar
½ teaspoon ground cardamom
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon ground allspice)
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Pour the mixture into individual popsicle molds.
Freeze the molds for 30 minutes, remove and insert popsicle sticks.
Return to freezer and keep there until solid – approximately six hours (or overnight)
