Celebrating National Grilled Cheese Month

Even though National Grilled Cheese Month is nearly over, you still have one more day to celebrate it … and I’m gonna help with a few delicious recipes. Because #cheeseismyhappyplace.

If you need an excuse to make corned beef, this recipe for Corned Beef Grilled Cheese with Guinness Caramelized Onions would surely be it. It’s making my mouth water just thinking of it all over again.
