So this happened on Friday. Nick is officially a high school freshman (!!!). When I started this blog, he was 2-1/2 years old. I also don’t think I’m old enough to have a high schooler! Crazy!
And after a night of celebrating, I dragged him out of bed for a track meet where he competed in the long jump.
And Maddie competed in the softball throw and the relay (and her team took first in the relay; we left before the results for Nick’s group came out).
Having company over means things that I’ve been meaning to hang up for months get hung.
Nothing like the smell of fresh basil!
I haven’t commented in ages but still keep up! I can’t believe how big both kids have gotten!
Also, that pork looks amazing!
he’s as tall as me now!
Oh my gosh he’s so grown up! I haven’t seen him in a long time. So is Maddie. Time goes by so fast.
