This kid is truly amazing. She helped stuff 200 swag bags for an event on Saturday morning, and then helped for three hours as runners checked in for a 5k. And then she got up at 5:45 am to help at the 5k, and then went back and volunteered for four hours at a festival. All willingly, because I gave her the option to skip any of it (and because I certainly didn’t want to get up at 5:45 am this morning!). Such a trooper, and such a big heart.
