What better reason than to try a few of the Moscato varieties that come from the Gallo Family Vineyards?
When I was in my early 20s and entertaining friends in my tiny walk-up apartment, I could count on a few things.
Snack food.
Wine.
Good times.
And when you have that, what else do you need?
It was back then that I discovered the trick of putting alcohol in the freezer. It doesn’t freeze the liquid, but makes it ice, ice cold.
Which is different than ice, ice baby. (Name that song, my 90s friends!)
And since then, I put a lot of alcohol in the freezer, including wine.
And the three bottles that the Gallo Family Vineyards sent me are no different.
Because if there is wine to be had, the colder the better.
And a pre-iced glass? Nirvana.
