On the field at 8:30 in the morning. Brrr.
The players “take a knee” when someone gets hurt on the field. I love this. For everything it represents. The player was ok, although he took a serious knee to the head and was out for the rest of the game. His parents? Not there. He was dropped off. Which kind of breaks my heart.

New hot dog place. I want to like this place, and we will certainly go back. But it wasn’t a wow. Even though the owner was very nice and thought I was in my mid-30s. I did, in my infinite wisdom, suggest that they steam the buns. I mean, really. That’s a given.
New pizza place. Review coming soon! Again nice owner (free appetizer!) but not memorable.
In my bed, in our pjs, with dinner, for family movie night. Perfection.
