Although Country Crock is a staple in my refrigerator, this challenge was the first time that I actually cooked with it. And it won’t be the last. With 70% less saturated fat than butter and 30% fewer calories, it’s hard to ignore those stats, and, quite frankly, it’s an easy swap-out to make. I’m all for changes that are simple and don’t require a lot of thought.
