When I look at the month of October in its collective 36 pictures, I think it totally encapsulates the Sweetnicks’ tag line … Food. Life. Love. Food was quite prominent, in various colorful forms. And the month was full of life, from day trips with friends to birthday and Halloween celebrations. And love. Well, it’s always there, front and center, even on a tattoo.
Instagram is a great way to keep track of the little moments in your life. The day-to-day things that years from now, or even weeks from now, you won’t remember anymore. And I want to remember everything. I also find that the monthly reviews are a good way to continue to focus on the good things, the blessings, and let the rest fall to the wayside. Four hundred and ten pictures were downloaded from my phone during the month of October, and although many of the photos don’t use a filter or additional app, if I need one, my go-to is usually Afterlight, which is stellar for lightening a too-dark picture.
